Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and for ages 14 years and over. All exercises are clearly demonstrated and where appropriate easier and/or more difficult alternatives are offered.
All experience types are welcome to our classes, and we have dedicated locked off areas for you to join in without worrying about other guests.
